We all had a great time at our first EMEA user conference, Tufinnovate EMEA 2017, and we’d like to thank our customers, tech partners, reseller partners, and sponsors for making it a success. We met some new faces and reconnected with others we haven’t seen in a while. The event reaffirmed our belief that our users and partners are a valuable resource for the future of our company and the development of our products.
We feel that the greatest value we can provide to attendees during these events is collaboration and the opportunity to come together, share stories and experiences, and learn from each other – the good, the bad and yes, even the ugly. By facilitating customer case stories, coordinating roundtable discussions, and providing a chance to meet face to face with our executives, R&D, product managers and partners, our goal is for you to go home reinvigorated with new ideas and solutions. This is essential in today’s network security industry.
Our customers solve some of the hardest network security problems. They are under pressure to ensure business continuity by making network changes quickly, ensuring the next audit will go smoothly and securing the network. This was especially highlighted during the panel discussions.
At our customer panel, four of our customers shared what they see as their greatest challenges, from cleaning up firewall rules and managing thousands of change requests, to leading the charge for automation. These champions of change come up against resistance to the processes they want to implement. But they fight on, knowing that by changing an error-prone, manual process, they will improve performance, increase security, and allow their staff to work on the higher-level projects and problem-solving they were trained for.
Our users have some of the most complex networks in the world. That is part of our motivation to keep evolving the Tufin Orchestration Suite so that it meets the ever-changing needs of the network security landscape. Our goal is to provide the most value we can to solve these complex problems and ensure business continuity, agility, and security.
Lastly, I’d also like to take a moment to highlight the winners of the Tufin Partner of the Year awards.
- Brian Pocock from SecureLink UK
- Michael Zeman and Franziska Schmitt from Infinigate Deutschland GmbH
- Giampiero Moscato from PIEMME Sistemi Srl Italy
- Matthias Leu from AERAsec Network Services and Security GmbH

We thank everyone who could make it for Tufinnovate EMEA. We hope to see you – and some new faces – next year for an even bigger event! And thanks for choosing us to help you along on your network security journey.
